Terms and conditions

This is a convenience translation. The contract language is German, and only the German version is legally binding.

§ 1 Provider and scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via autsch-lesezeichen.de. The provider is KXT PRODUCTS, Friedrichstr. 18, 76316 Malsch, Germany, email info@kxt-products.com, VAT ID DE234664784. Full provider details are given in the legal notice. We sell to consumers and businesses; conflicting terms of the customer do not apply.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt immediately by email; this confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded as soon as we dispatch the goods or expressly declare acceptance.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added and shown during the ordering process; within Germany, delivery is free from a goods value of €29. Details can be found on the shipping costs page.

§ 4 Payment

The payment methods offered during the ordering process apply. For prepayment by bank transfer, we ship as soon as the amount has reached us.

§ 5 Delivery

We deliver from Germany to the address you provide. Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after conclusion of the contract, correspondingly longer abroad. If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model form can be found in our cancellation policy.

§ 7 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

§ 8 Liability for defects

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 9 Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
