We ship from Germany on working days. Within Germany, the parcel usually arrives within 1–3 working days, within the EU within 3–6. As soon as the parcel is on its way, you'll receive the tracking details by email.

Can I send items back?

How much is shipping?

Within Germany, delivery is free from a goods value of €29; below that, shipping costs €2.99. All rates are listed on the shipping costs page.
